粉葛赤小豆牛鰍魚湯【祛濕清甜】Kudzu Root, Adzuki Bean and Flathead Fish Soup Posted: 08 Sep 2016 06:21 AM PDT 久不久,煲一煲老火湯,補一補腸胃。自小很愛飲這個粉葛赤小豆牛鰍魚湯,鮮甜美味,而且有祛濕之效。煲魚湯,有一個問題是害怕喝的時候,有魚骨。奶奶會把魚放入魚袋裏面去煲,就不用擔心有魚骨在湯中,是個好辦法。另一個辦法,也是基斯汀常用的,會把湯連渣過篩,篩孔要小一點,那就魚骨不容易留在湯中,飲得放心了。 閱讀更多 » |
