班蘭椰汁雙色糕 【椰香爽凍】Pandan-Coconut Layered Agar Jelly Posted: 25 Feb 2016 12:27 PM PST 泰國,印尼或馬來西亞人都很喜歡用班蘭做甜點。基絲汀尤其喜歡班蘭的綠色和香氣,很清新怡人。椰汁是它的天配拍擋。天氣這麼熱,這個冷凍班蘭椰汁雙色糕,很能解暑,又爽又滑又夠香,夠醒神。當中加了燕菜精(agar agar powder),似魚膠粉的凝固作用,做出來的質感比較爽和堅挺,吃起來有點像大菜糕。真爽呢。 閱讀更多 » |
