香煎臘味蘿蔔糕 【壓力煲 Instant Pot食譜 + Video】 Radish Cake Posted: 15 Jan 2017 06:33 AM PST 有讀者問,能否用電子壓力煲 Instant Pot 做蘿蔔糕?當然可以啦!由於高壓高熱,比用鑊蒸快很多。還拍了影片給大家。材料跟以前用鑊蒸蘿蔔糕那個食譜一樣,只是今次沒用臘肉,只用臘腸。基斯汀喜歡吃煎香的蘿蔔糕。所有表面不再灑料,以免煎時跌丟出來。蘿蔔糕本身也不落鹽,反正臘腸和乾蘿蔔是有鹹味的。煎香後,才用酌量生抽(醬油)吊味,蘸些是拉差醬,無敵好味。 閱讀更多 » |
