蒜蓉檸檬煎蝦 【超級簡易美味】Lemon Garlic Prawns Posted: 30 Jun 2016 06:36 AM PDT 又來蝦,哈哈!是呀,因為超市大特賣 King prawns. 大大隻,肉隻爽挺,非常鮮美。煮蝦,最重要切勿煮過頭。即是不要太勤力啊。煎至剛剛好上桌,就是了。還有,基絲汀懶人招,原隻鐵鑊上桌,碟也可洗少一隻。而且鑊保持溫度,蝦吃光後,鐵鑊仍是暖暖呢。材料簡單,只用了蒜蓉和檸檬,令蝦的鮮味更清新啊。 閱讀更多 » |
